Can Your Family Commit to 30 Days Of Biking?

In 2010 a couple bicyclists in Minneapolis, MN challenged each other to ride their bike every day for the month of April. Whether it was on a family ride around the block, on a long commute to work or just some mountain biking for fun.

The first year there were around 600 locals and bike-savvy techies that picked up on #30daysofbiking and the a bunch of fun content that was being posted on Twitter. By year two there were over 2000 registered riders and this year there is already 2,500!

This is where you come in! Go…Register…leave a comment about how STRIDER has gotten you back on your bike having fun with the kids.

Sometimes I rebel against “Signing On” to something because it makes me feel guilty if I miss a day or fall behind. My advice is to try your hardest to ride a bike every day…don’t get upset if you miss a day, just jump back on the saddle tomorrow. “What if I already ride every day?” you may ask. Ride More!

30 Days of biking is a great way to start your Summer off right and hopefully get in the healthy habit of pedaling and Stridering more often!
