We are constantly finding amazing STRIDER Bike videos on YouTube, Vimeo, and Facebook from all over the world! Now we’re offering some big money to see just how amazing, and talented our Strider fans are!

What do we mean by big money? Over $20,000 in total prizes is BIG MONEY! Entries are due no later than July 9th. You’ve got some time to work on it, but you can enter up to 3 videos so start brainstorming NOW! Check out the full “STRIDER Bikes Rule!” Video Contest Rules and Regulations below.

“STRIDER Bikes Rule!” Video Contest Rules and Regulations:

1. What Are We Looking For: The sky is the limit! Tell us your story; create a mini fictional movie, stride by a famous landmark, or take us on a tour of your favorite places to stride! Here are some fun examples from YouTube for themes: Biking with Dad, Camping STRIDER Fun, STRIDER Snow Fun, STRIDER Special Needs. Get your creative juices flowing­ – we want exciting, fun new ideas. Stride On! Proper safety gear is highly recommended.

2. Prizes: Will be awarded in U.S. Dollars, and will be the same amount for each place in both categories. Winners who are not residents of the U.S. will receive their Strider product vouchers from their nearest Strider distributor.

3. When: Entries will be accepted between May 1st, 2015 and July 9th, 2015. Entries will be posted on the STRIDER YouTube channel on July 16th, 2015. Voting (see section 5 below) for the “People’s Choice” category will end at noon Mountain Time on July 27th, 2015 and the winners will be announced at www.striderbikes.com/blog on July 30th, 2015.

4. Minimum Requirements for Entries:

1. Video must be under 2 minutes 30 seconds in length and clearly show a STRIDER Bike within the first 10 seconds.
2. Genuine STRIDER Bikes must be the only brand of balance bike in the video.
3. Parental/Guardian permission for all children in the video must be included at the time of submission (Click here to download the required Release form).
4. Digital copyright proof-of-purchase information for any music used in the video(s) must be included in the submission e-mail.
5. Submissions must be shot in high-definition with a minimum of 720p and a minimum of 24 frames per second and must be submitted in one of the following formats: MPEG, MP4, WMV, AVI, or MOV.

5. How Winners Will Be Chosen: There will be two categories with five winners in each.

1. Staff Picks will be the top five videos as chosen by the staff of Strider Sports Int’l, Inc.
2. People’s Choice will be the top five videos based on a combination of the quantity and quality of the comments on their videos (excluding those who have already won “Staff Picks”). Individuals are encouraged to share their video entries through social media, e-mail, and word of mouth to get friends and family to comment on them. If the same user submits multiple comments on an individual video, only the first comment will be considered. Only comments on the video entries uploaded on the STRIDER Bike YouTube channel will count toward the awards.

6. How to Submit: Entries must be original, high-definition video. Entries will be accepted by e-mailing [email protected]; E-mailed video submissions should be submitted via a link from a common file-sharing service, e.g. Box.com, WeTransfer.com, or as a shared file on drive.google.com with “STRIDER Bikes Rule!” Video Contest as the subject. You can also send a dvd or usb drive by mail (Strider Sports Int’l, Inc; 2221 N. Plaza Dr.; Rapid City, SD 57702). By sending video and entering this contest, you are releasing the copyright of the video for use by Strider Sports International, Inc. for promotional purposes in perpetuity. The video will be uploaded to the STRIDER Bikes YouTube Channel. Please include your name, address, and phone number with your video submission. You will receive a reply to the original e-mail entry upon receipt. Video submission and participation in the “STRIDER Bikes Rule!” Video Contest is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions contained herein.

7. Who Can Enter: Videos are welcome from all over the globe! The competition is free to enter, and is in no way associated with, affiliated with, or endorsed by YouTube. Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Entrants may not be employed by Strider Sports Int’l, Inc., its distributors, or be residents of Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, or other territories restricted by U.S. export controls and sanctions. Any entries which don’t comply with YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines will be disqualified. Individuals may submit up to 3 entries, but are only eligible to win one prize.
